If you are already with a third-party supplier, you need to drop with your current supplier before you can join the aggregation program. Duke needs to see a pending drop from your current supplier before they will accept an enrollment from the aggregation supplier. You can call your current supplier (their information is usually on Page 3 or 4 of the Duke bill in the right column) or Duke to drop from your current supplier.
